WOW. What a set up. From standing outside to entering there is a cafe, barbers, free weight section, gym upstairs, huge area for the classes as well as changing and showering facilities and to top it off a sauna. Great class for my first night where everyone was very welcoming and friendly throughout.
Outstanding facility to train in, coaching staff are supportive as well as the members. Classes for all abilities and a wide range of times from early morning to late evening available. One of the best gyms in the Northeast.

You'll train with support and structure with a 6 Week Fitness Programme, improving your health, strength, energy, and confidence alongside others doing the same.
Perfect. Every man who's completed the Glacier 6-Week Challenge started exactly where you are. The onboarding session is designed for men returning to fitness — your coach will meet you where you are.
Your coach will walk you through everything during your onboarding session. Training sessions, nutrition guidance, check-ins, and a clear structure from week one to week six.
No contract. The 6-week challenge is a fixed, standalone programme. After it ends, many men choose to stay — because they want to, not because they have to.
45 minutes. You'll leave with your full 6-week plan built, your start date confirmed, and a clear picture of what's coming.
Just wear something comfortable. No kit is needed for the onboarding itself — it's a one-to-one consultation and facility tour.
Not at all. Glacier offers open gym, studio classes, and functional fitness. Your plan will be built around what suits you.
